we have purposely chosen print providers not only high quality products but that are known for fast production and delivery. Shipping times vary based on the print provider but are generally 2-3 days for production and up tp 5 days for delivery

Because we are trying to get you your order as soon as possible there is no lag time. Once you submit your order it is processed immediately therefore we are unable to cancel an order once it is in production.

All of our products are personalized which means are unable to accept returns or exchanges or provide refunds. We provide size charts for our shoes and apparel, please ensure that you measure yourself in order to pick the right size.

We offer a 100% guarantee on products that are damaged during shipping. We are unable to replace items damaged by your normal wear and tear. Please take a picture of the damaged product when it arrives by mail and a description, pay to ship it back to us and we will submit your request to the print provider. We will replace the item if it is damaged during transport.

Due to the fact that we offer live preview and/or send the product for your approval, we are unable to replace, refund, exchange, etc personalized products.
